Some question's that indeed in need of answer

Do gm's suppose to assist players who are late or disconnected when the event is ongoing?
GM Hestia, and Athena denied my request and didn't answer me. But that's ok, I just ask and said that it is ok not to recall or let me join the event, just answer my question and I'll find out myself if it was worthy of time....
Please to all GM's. Focus on the other players, not just on some you knew or close to you, and always answer the request of players.. thanks
